Landbrief puts the same planning data behind Northing to work for a different audience: property buyers, owners, and neighbours who want to know what's being built before the sign goes up. Enter a Queensland address and get free alerts whenever a new development application is lodged nearby.

Heron Hire
Heron Hire is a peer-to-peer marketplace for machinery and equipment hire. Owners list gear that would otherwise sit idle in a shed — excavators, mulchers, ride-on mowers — set their own rates and availability, and renters book what they need for the job at hand.
It runs on a straightforward, commission-based model with no confusing fee structure and no small print. Heron Hire keeps its own visual identity, separate from Rogaland's — you'll notice a different palette and tone when you get there, and that's intentional.
Client work
Alongside its own products, Rogaland takes on Django application work for clients directly — the same engineering standard applied to someone else's problem.
